Karma Couples&apos; is a spiritual self-help book for partners in a troubled relationship.<br /><br />Its purpose is to help you recognise the soul contracts and soul lessons you developed with your partner before you incarnated on Earth. From here, you can assess your relationship with new eyes and an open heart. Understanding your karma together, may help you feel calmer.<br /><br />&apos;Karma Couples&apos; helps you release pain, blame and guilt, focusing you instead on the loving intention behind your union.<br /><br />As souls, we incarnated to Earth for human experiences, and these experiences were designed to help us grow. We chose many of them before we even came into this life. How much we grow depends on the love, compassion, kindness and gratitude we apply in our daily lives. These qualities lift our spiritual vibration.<br /><br />However, relationships are tough. The way forward may feel unclear or make no sense.<br /><br />Chapter by chapter, &apos;Karma Couples,&apos; guides you through activities to deepen your insights about your relationship. Can you rebuild? What decision about its future is the best one for each of you? Are your lessons learned and is it time to move on, or does karma hold you longer in its embrace? Insights will come from your higher self and the spiritual friends who guide and support you. This book never tells you what to do or believe.<br /><br />The final section offers personal responses to some frequently asked questions about love in the spirit world. As a retired spiritualist minister, I offer these responses only at my level of understanding. I do not suggest that they are fact or absolute truth. Until I make the journey &apos;home&apos; myself, my information about the spirit world relies on my own spiritual insights, memories of clients in hypnosis, and extensive reading.
