In every epoch there ought to be words of love and hate. To know a cultural history means that you can place yourself on your own map. So this poetic anthology is my own way to understand my Swedish heritage, and now I give this gift to the English-speaking world. Because in a global society we have to share our specific culture with one another. The war is just one button away. Instead of war we could try to understand all kinds of heritages. Where do we all come from? And where are we heading? It began once back in Olduvai. And now as we are spread around the global earth we could commit ourselves to understanding. This is at least my own hope.
