Семья – общественная единица, основанная на браке и отношениях кровного родства; в современном понимании – группа близких родственников (родители, дети и др.), живущих вместе. Возникнув на определённом этапе развития первобытного общества, семья в дальнейшем претерпевает ряд изменений на основе развития производства и в связи с развитием форм брака и родства.
